Have you ever wondered what dark energy is and what we know about it from the accelerated expansion of the Universe? Join the Kavli Institute for Particle Astrophysics and Cosmology (KIPAC) at Stanford University for a public lecture on Wednesday, May 6 to learn how observations of millions of galaxies can provide critical insights into the properties of this mysterious driving force. This hybrid lecture is open to all but recommended for high school students (or advanced middle school students) and adults.
