Scientific Adventures for Girls’ Near Peer Program

Applications are open for Scientific Adventures for Girls’ Near Peer program for the 2026-2027 school year!

Girls and girl-identifying youth ages 15+ are invited to become Near Peer Interns, mentoring elementary-age girls through fun, hands-on STEM activities in Richmond and Oakland public schools. This is an in-person role, with a stipend provided at the end of the school year. Spots are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Apply here.
