Spring Career Panel: Exploring the Biopharma Industry

The Young Women In Bio (YWIB) San Francisco Bay Area Chapter is pleased to invite middle school, high school, and undergraduate students to their Spring Career Panel: Exploring the Biopharma Industry on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, from 6:00–8:30 PM PDT.

The YWIB Career Panel gives students a chance to meet professionals working across different parts of the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. From clinical development to regulatory affairs, panelists will share how their roles contribute to bringing new medicines and therapies to patients.

Through personal stories and real-world insights, students will learn what these careers are really like, the different paths that can lead into the life sciences, and how they can begin exploring opportunities in the field.

The organizers are especially grateful to the South San Francisco Main Public Library for generously hosting this event.
